More than 72 hours in advance of your departure

You may modify the time & date of your departure as many times as you like, free of charge. There are no refunds for cancellation of your ticket, however we encourage you to re-schedule as required to ensure you can still visit Moraine Lake and Lake Louise.

Less than 72 hours in advance of your departure

There are no changes or modifications allowed. Hikers plan their vacation around visiting Moraine Lake and shuttling is their only option. Out of respect for others needing the shuttle, we need to give people enough time to plan and book.
